We prepare legal letters and documents from your answers, using our templates, and a person checks them before delivery. We are not a firm of solicitors, are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and do not carry out reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007 (including conducting litigation, rights of audience, conveyancing, probate or reserved instruments). We don't represent you or go to court for you. We do not give immigration advice or regulated financial or claims-management services.
You must give accurate and complete answers. Our documents depend on what you tell us. You decide whether to use, sign or send any document.
Prices are shown including VAT and are payable in full when you order, through Stripe.
We aim to deliver within the stated working days after your completed questionnaire and payment. If we can't, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
If you are a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). When you order, you expressly ask us to start work straight away. If you cancel before delivery, we'll refund you, less a proportionate amount for work already done. Once your document has been delivered, your digital content and services are complete, and you acknowledge that you then lose your right to cancel. Your statutory rights below are not affected.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and our digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, we'll put it right free of charge or, if we can't, give you an appropriate refund. You also get one free round of changes within 14 days of delivery.
If your matter is outside our services (for example court deadlines, property sales, immigration), we will decline, signpost you to suitable help and refund you in full if no work has started.
We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't legally be excluded. If you're a consumer, we're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. If you're a business, our total liability is limited to the price you paid, and we're not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
We may use software, including AI tools, to help prepare a first draft after payment. A person reviews every document before it's sent to you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
