How it works

  1. Choose your document and answer our online questionnaire (about 10 minutes).
  2. Pay securely by card through Stripe. We never see your card details.
  3. We prepare your draft using our templates and your answers.
  4. A person checks it against our review checklist: facts, deadlines, statutory requirements and tone.
  5. We email it to you in Word and PDF, with a plain-English note on what to do next.
  6. One free round of changes within 14 days if something's not right.
If anything in your answers shows that you need a regulated professional, for example a court deadline or a property sale, we'll stop, explain where to get help and refund you in full.
